1. Our last 7 minutes of typing!
2. recap on what we did last time.
3. Continue to work on what we did last time. The goal is to create "A day in the life of computers" however if you feel inspired to create something else that is family friendly, then you will have permission to do so!
4. Clean up your google drive, please don't download anything onto computers, try to clean it up! Delete emails that you don't need, delete or create folders for your google drive.

1. What are the social media programs that exist? (Anything you have heard of) 2. Which ones do you have accounts to? 3. What is your responsibility to these accounts? 4. Have you ever said something/done something that really hurt someone even if it was by accident?
3. Digital Citizenship demonstration.
4. Let's brain storm in groups what we can prevent anything negative from happening in social media! Our goal is to see if we can collaborate with others with just the internet and not talking in person.
Questions to think about and brain strom with your group:What campaigns can we come up with to promote proud digital citizens? If you do encounter something negative what can we do? If we feel tempted to say something or unsure if it's mean what can we do to prevent that?
(Create a google doc. and share with the members in your team.) Watch teacher demonstration.

1. Pull up your reflections that you wrote about the sillhoutte project (if you didn't finish and turn it in to me, then I am going to give you sometime to do that right now.
2. For 2 minutes you'll be talking to your partner about the difference between the magic wand tool and the quick selection tool. I will be calling on some students to desribe to the class on how they used them for the sillhoutte project.
3. Find a picture that you are allowed to use (usage rights!!!!) that is a picture with a road with cracks on it.
4. We're quickly going to use the healing selection tool.
5. I'll introduce the next project

- Get ready for typing quiz. Carefully flip your keyboard upside down and have it tucked away. You may use pen or pencil for this quiz.

- Work on any work you haven't given me yet or if you want to improve your score-Read Rubrics) (Wordle, Powerpoint, or Survey Project)
- If completely done with everything: You are to write to me on either Microsoft Word or Google Documents (Found in your google drive) on which typing skill tools worked best for you. Click here and pick 2 or 3 games depending how much time you have to test them out. Set goals for yourself, such as for 5 minutes I'm going to play this one and then move on (feel free to pull up your own timer on the computer). After you have played some of these games, and what you have experienced with Typing Time and 7 minutes of Journal-Tell me: Some pros and cons, which games you found to be too easy or too difficult. Please submit it to me for participation credit.

- Log into Google account. (No 7 minutes of typing) I'm going to be straight up with you and tell you that today is a GET IT DONE day! I need all of us to be on the same page, because next week we are moving onto Photoshop and video projects!
- Review Keyboard quiz.
- Finish Survey Project (Step 1: Create survey, Step 2: Take surveys, Step 3: Get your data by going to your google drive and looking up responses to your survey. Step 4: Create chart on excel for ONE question. Step 5: Copy it to PowerPoint. Step 6: Email both the excel and the Powerpoint. (If time, do more than 1 of your questions).
- Finish any other project you owe me! (I can't let you move on to the next thing next week, until I get your other projects...come in after school or before school if you need help or just need extra time). Please take advantage of class time!!!!
- IF DONE with all, then Work on the following:
- Pretend you have invented a new technology tool that will be useful in the future, to make life easier! (Re-watch the video below for inspiration).Your job is to name it, describe it, and report about it. Who is this going to benefit? Cost? What are the pros? Why shouldn't be worry about the cons? Once you have wrote about it, CLICK HERE and generate it into a newspaper! Title your Newspaper, date it, and add your name somewhere in it. You may print it out! If you can't print it from your computer then 1) Screen shot it, 2) Paste on Paint 3) Crop it and save it. 4) send it to my email and I will print it from mine.
- Work on a project that you didn't get a chance to do yet: Presentation on Google (Go to drive, create, and click on presentation).
- If your done with that mini project, then you need to be working on typing time!

- As I take attendance...
- Open up a Word document on Google or Microsoft Word and practice typing for 7 minutes straight. The topic is...Write about where this path will take. If you run out about things to say, KEEP TYPING! It can be about anything! Make a new idea or tell me how you can't think of anything else to type. The goal is to keep typing for 7 minutes.
- Send me what you typed to [email protected] to get credit. (If you don't have a google account, I will come check it off).

- As I take attendance please start on...
- Complete survey below if you haven't done so. (One time entry, PLEASE!)
- Log into your Google account, click on the squares to get to Google Drive, and finish 1/2 page on Google Word. (If you cannot get into your Google account, open up your Word document) I'll have to collect the names of the students that cannot get into their accounts as I make the sitting charts.
- Layout for the Document: CLICK HERE
- Link to Wordle Rubric: CLICK HERE
- When finished with 1/2 of page please got to Wordle and copy and paste your words into the box provided. (If it says it can not run, please push "Run this time".
- We'll screen shot your Wordle (Please watch teacher demonstration) or try pushing the buttons, "Ctrl" and "Prt Scr" at the same time.
- Open up "Paint" by going to "Start" "All Programs", "Accessories", and "Paint". Press "Ctrl" and "v" at the same time or right click and paste.
- Crop your Wordle. You may print it out, but check that the printer setting is Laserjet 4200.
- If done with the first Wordle, please create a new one about things that you like about CCMS, including what makes a good student at CCMS.
